Perishables are tricky. Here’s how we handle it.

If something arrives wrong

If the cake arrives broken, melted, or wrong (wrong flavor, wrong order, anything), send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace the cake or refund the order — your call. Email Cheesecakerietoledo@yahoo.com.

If you change your mind

Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after placement — that’s before we start baking. After that, the cake is in the oven and we can’t refund it.

If you don’t love it

Cheesecake is subjective. If you don’t love a flavor, tell us — we’ll usually offer a credit toward your next order. We can’t take a half-eaten cake back, but we will make it right.

Custom & wedding orders

Custom orders (any cake outside the standard menu) and wedding cakes are non-refundable once production begins. Production starts 7 days before delivery for custom, 14 days for weddings.
