Orders & payment

All orders charged at checkout. Major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. USD only. Continental U.S. + Alaska + Hawaii.

Allergens

Our bakery handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts (almond flour in some crusts; pecans in seasonal items). We are not a nut-free or gluten-free facility — cross-contact is possible. Severe-allergy orders should be discussed with us first by email.

Made-to-order

Cancellations within 24 hours of order — full refund. After 24 hours, baking has started and we can’t refund.

Shipping liability

If a cake arrives damaged or compromised due to shipping, we replace or refund. We’re not responsible for cakes left on porches in July or signed for and forgotten in office mailrooms — get the cake into a refrigerator within 4 hours of delivery.

Disputes

Email us first — Cheesecakerietoledo@yahoo.com. We solve almost everything in one exchange. Unresolved disputes are governed by Ohio law.
